We provide Efficient and Digital Services in assets (Plants and Networks) related to Drinking Water, Wastewater, Treated Water, Cooling Water and Irrigation. Our portfolio includes Design/Engineering, Technical Advice, Consultancy Services, Project Management, Operation & Maintenance, and Digital Transformation for processes and utility companies.
The position is based on site in Taif, Makkah Region.
Responsibilities:
- Execution and development of Safety Practices and procedures including implementation of Project HSE plan, accomplishing task analysis, evaluation of hazardous and risk conditions, recommendation of control measures, and investigation of accidents/incidents, and safeguard execution of work to ensure a safe working environment.
- Strict implementation of HSE rules to all stakeholders on site.
- Being the primary contact for all HSE issues.
- Organized daily toolbox meeting.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of weekly Safety inspections.
- Ensuring project and stakeholders’ compliance with NWC and KSA regulations and the project HSE Plan and all other relevant guidelines, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Identify HSE training requirements of the project team, and provide guidance in organizing training.
- Follow and closely monitor the KPI target and achievement.
- Prepare HSE reports, and all other HSE deliverables.
- Preparation, tracking, and validation of work permits.
- Managing, reporting, and recording of all the incident/accident Near Miss.
- Conducting Safety Training and Induction as per project needs.
- Conducting Site Inspection and Compliance.
- Updating knowledge and ensuring Compliance of legal Requirements.
- Coordinates and reports to HSE Engineer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management, or any related field.
- Diploma and with NEBOSH IGC/ L3 Certificate or fire Safety from a recognized, IOSH, OSHA,
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience on wastewater plants or similar.
- Knowledge of first AID, Emergency preparedness, risk evaluation.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Documents related to HSE.
- Knowledge of NEBOSH/ ESHBOSH, Firefighting and other related HSE activities.
- Capability to work under pressure with self-control and manage conflicts.
- Ability to conduct group training programs and presentations.
