What will make you successful in this position?
- 8 years’ total professional experience a maintenance environment
- 5 years’ experience in the maintenance of wastewater treatment plants.
- They should have wastewater asset maintenance experience, be competent in line management of maintenance staff, and be a qualified technician (Electrical Mechanical or ICA).
- They should have a minimum of 5 yrs. experience and preferably worked within commercial contracts supervising multi-national teams.
- They should have good communication skills and have experience in motivating maintenance teams.
- Complementary requirement: Spanish.
What will be your mission?
The maintenance supervisor will coordinate the maintenance resources within the O&M contract. Their responsibility will be to deliver safe and compliant maintenance across all the Existing and Future assets. They will be responsible for the adherence to the maintenance plans and other maintenance documents.
