We provide Efficient and Digital Services in assets (Plants and Networks) related to Drinking Water, Wastewater, Treated Water, Cooling Water and Irrigation. Our portfolio includes Design/Engineering, Technical Advice, Consultancy Services, Project Management, Operation & Maintenance, and Digital Transformation for processes and utility companies.

Responsabilities:

  • Performs series of inspection activities as required at the plant operation to maintain quality standards, and continuous improvement at the plant operation and is responsible for achieving company quality policy and objective.
  • Observes and monitors operations and equipment to ensure quality maintenance and progressive productivity.
  • Implements and supervise QMP at the workplace and stores.
  • Conducts training and awareness program on quality aspects.
  • Assists the QAQC Engineer in the preparation of ITP and method statement for review and Engineer approval.
  • Prepares and completes inspection and testing requirement as per approved ITP and obtaining approval from Engineer.
  • Conducts inspection at various stages and reports to QAQC Engineer.
  • Participates in Audits and assists the QAQC Engineer in preparing report for Manager Review.
  • Maintaining a calibration list with valid calibration certificates.
  • Monitors and supervise site to ensure compliance of QMP at site.
  • Coordinates with third party inspection and testing agency and performs inspection and testing as per approved ITP.
  • Preparation of monthly quality report for QAQC engineer review.
  • Authorized to generate NCR for identified noncompliance and report to QAQC Engineer.
  • Reporting incidents that present or have the potential to represent a loss to the organization. These include occupational injuries / illness, security, environmental incidents and product and severe non-conformances, to prevent recurrences.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil industrial engineering or any related field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years relevant QA/QC experience in operations and maintenance of wastewater treatment.
  • Handheld experience in the field of Multidiscipline maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Digital Electronics and Instrumentation).
  • Experienced with QMS established organization
  • Experienced conducting internal and external audits.
  • Should understand the regulatory requirements for operating the plant to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Should have the familiarity with a work environment that includes responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Should have effective and excellent communication for dissemination of information and reporting purposes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attentive in recording data.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Quick decision-making ability.
  • Excellent and advanced skills in manipulating computers and other electronic devices
  • Expertise in administering tests, inspections, and appropriate measures.
  • Organized and excellent time management.
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to work.
  • Previous approval/experience with NWC project is an advantage.
  • English (Advance)
